Poured a huge, dense, white head that stood half an inch above the top of the glass leaves some thick patches of lace as it fades. Strong grassy hop aroma is reminiscent of a nice Pils or a hoppy Helles. Transparent pale-sunshine colored beer holds a few dozens streams of steadily rising bubbles. The best part about the flavor is that it's fairly dry. It's nice up front with a bit of grassy hops providing a light bitterness and a faint Pilsner malt sweetness. Towards the end it crisps up with an almost metallic flavor and finishes with a dash of unfermented wort. It's pretty good overall, but the finish brings down and otherwise quality brew.
