Had this as part of a sampler at the brew pub. I was not impressed at all. The beer was light in color. Almost transparent which I expect from a light beer.

The smell is really what killed me on this beer. It literally smelled like sewage. I thought perhaps it was just but I let the others in my party smell this. They too were amazed at the raw sewage smell.

The beer had not taste. However, the smell may have ruined my taste buds.

The beer had a light taste but I definetley would not call it a crisp taste that I have come to know with light beers.

I would never drink this again. I would rather drink Butt Monkey than this.

Not much to say here, it is as advertised. Poured a light yellow with almost no head. Aroma was malty with a flowery note. Watered down and with medium carbonation, at least it went down easy. No real presence of hops, but there is a light cereal aftertaste somewhat like a rolling rock. Not bad when you take into consideration the other light brews out there.

This is a very nice light ale. I am told it has a lower alcohol content than the other beers and it is a very easy drinker making it a summer after treat.

Appearance: Served a cloudy lemon yellow color with a frothy cap.

Smell: The aroma was citrus and light grain with a nudge of Saaz and Hallertau hops.

Taste: Almost sharp sweet Munich malts are washed down by refreshing lemon and it had a small sour aftertaste.

Mouthfeel: Light and thin but apropos for the style (which seemed to me more German like a Krystal Wiezen light than ABA but nonetheless).

Drinkability: This is not generally a proffered style of mine but it is a tasty treat if you want something easy to drink and light in your stomach. This is certainly as sessionable beer and a thirst quencher after a day on the golf course.

Hope this is helpful.
Cheers!

This was the lightest beer available as part of a 6 beer sampler at the brewpub. THe pour was of a light gold color with very little head and carbonation. It was flat. A hint of hops in the nose, nice. The flavor was light, as designed and the body was crisp and dry. The finish remained dry. This could have been very nice if the CO2 level was higher.
