The beer menu says it's made with over 70 pounds of Quaker Oats Oatmeal and East Kent Goldings hops. The beer is dark, almost black in color. The head was dark cream in color and made of fine nitro bubbles. The aroma was a combination of hoppy coffee and caramel. The coffee carried over into the flavor and blended well with the oatmeal. A nitro oatmeal stout, yeah it's as good as it sounds.
