Here is a “Wee Heavy” that will blow your kilts back. Dozen Pipers Dark is a Scotch strong ale that is sweet and full-bodied, with big malt flavor. We added a wee bit of cherry wood smoked malt and roasted barley to add to the complexity. Can you hear the bagpipers playing on the Scottish Moors? Try Dozen Pipers Dark with smoked cheeses, roast lamb, beef and salmon.

Dark Scottish ale dark brown almost black in color. Not much going on here just a simple dark Scottish ale. Easy to drink.
