This was sampled at the brewpub as part of the sampler flite. OG was 1048 and this is a straight forward American Pale Ale. The copper color was capped by a small tight white head. The nose was definaitely NW hops and probably cascade. The flavor was nice malty backed up by the hops. The finish was very well balanced. A nice beer.,
