A reddish brown malt focused beer that is slightly sweet and very thirst quenching with just enough hop bitterness to leave this balanced and highly drinkable. The alcohol is low enough to make this very session-able. Seasonal for saint patty’s day and also the springtime, this Irish ale is carbonated with nitrogen to produce the creamy finish, reminiscent of the old cask pumps of Ireland.
