I often have a stout as a nightcap when out drinking, so i know a good one from a bad one. This is not, in my opinion, a good one.
It looked like a stout should, black, with a small white head which didn't hang round long.
Tasted watery and weak, a little bitter chocolate and malt came through towards the end of the pint (as its temp raised to room temp), otherwise not a lot of flavour.
No mouthfeel to talk of, as I have already said, it is watery and weak.
This was drank last night in one of my favorite Real Ale pubs, my last note on it from last night reads 'Very Poor'.
