This poured like a flat lager. There was some fizz, but there was no real head, especially after a few seconds. It's very light in color, too.

It smells somewhat soured and very cheap. The taste itself isn't too bad; it's got a good balance of hops, but it certainly isn't anything special. It doesn't sit well in my mouth until it goes down, something that leads me to believe it wasn't meant to be tasted so much as swallowed quickly.

I could put back a lot of these quickly, but I can't see why anyone would want to.

Bought at the cheap canned food grocery outlet..in brown 12 oz long neck. Em this is a very pale looking pale ale..it is golden with a largish white head..leaves good lacing. The aroma is mostly of sherbery hops though some of the sweet malt smells do come through..seems fresh. The taste is mostly dominated by the very sweet malt..tghough later as it warms the hops come through. Actually feels pretty good and creamy on the palate. An easy drinking ale..reminds me more of a Cream Ale though.
