This is a very mild version of a pale ale in taste and smell.
The beer is a light copper color. It certainly looks like a good flavorful pale ale. Not much head or retention.
There wasn't much smell to be had but what did come out was english malts. Couldn't detect any of the english hops they mentioned on the menu.
The flavor is pleasant but difficult to properly disect. Its so mild that its hard to tell what flavors are in there exactly. It is something that I could drink a pint or two of but basically all I notice in the flavor is a bit of dark malt mixed in with mostly pale malt. There is also a hint of european hops and the slightest amount of bitterness.
Light body, would be surprised if this was more than 4% abv. Drinkable but mostly like a cold coors is on a hot day. Not overly creative.
