Pitch black body, no highlights visible. fine to medium beige head initially thick but reduces fast to a thin layer that leaves some beautiful lacing.
Aroma is coffee of course but when warming up there is dark chocolate, lactose, milk chocolate, vanilla even.
Dark chocolate, not much coffee, sweetness that lingers a bit, milk chocolate and vanilla
Mouthfeel is great for such a low alcohol beer but smooth with gentle carbonation, not watery
This is great for a milk stout. On nitro this would probably rock even more. The lingering sweetness is probably adequate to style but to me a little off putting. Still great.
