Bloddwen, Idris’ younger sister was fair of form and sweet of face. Her first job on leaving school was cockle picking. She proved to be the finest cockle picker in all of Wales. Unfortunately the rest of the teams productivity would fall to all time lows whenever Blod went to harvest natures bounty.
Blodwens Beer is made from the finest pale malted barley delicately flavoured with citrus hops.

Poured from a 500ml bottle into a dimpled pint mug.
Pours a fairly cloudy pale golden colour, with a small white head but lots of lacing.
Smells quite watery with a hint of hops.
Tastes rather nondescript, very fizzy with a general pale ale sort of taste - hop forward with light crystal malts bringing up the rear. Neither in any great amount though. Fair bit of sweetness actually.
Overall an okay beer, good for the price.
