Hand-pulled pint in the excellent 'Cock Hotel', Wellington Shropshire on 7th Sep 2013.
Golden amber body with a full white crown that gave off some good lacing.
Lightly malted, with a sweet, almost honey flavoured smell and taste. Makes a change to find a golden beer in the UK that isn't citrus oriented in flavour.
Easy to drink and more complex than my notes suggest: overall a very good beer that is worth finding.
