Bat City Lager was a pretty good brew, but it was the weakest of the 4 I had at Bitter End. Appearance is medium amber, head was fairly small. Smell is mildly sweet and clean, but not very strong. Taste is solid, but rather unimpressive. The hops and sweetness are present, but never quite balance out right. On the plus side Bat City Lager is quite refreshing. This is easy enough to drink, but there are other beers at Bitter End I would recommend trying first.
