Deep amber colour, good thick head, some lace on the glass. Smell is all citrus and pine, good malt to balance out the hops in the nose. Taste is of pine and malt, some citrus is revealed, good balance, orange and grapefruit are in there as well. Good mouthfeel, great cask carbonation, oily and satisfying. Good brew and probably my favorite Volo brew this far, they have really stepped their game up with their brewing in the last couple of months.

Had this on cask at Volo. Pours a golden-orange colour with white head. Lots of lacing around the glass, nice head retention too. Smells of floral and citrus hops with some small caramel malt. Bitterness seems pretty high, but it works nicely. Very balanced for an IPA. Mouthfeel was nice for a cask beer. I could easily have a few pints of this and not be tired of it.

Ralph saved me from this cask. Hoppy aroma, IBU 60 plus is like a 1.5X IPA. Amarillo / Centennial
Aroma Hops : Columbus / Chinook.Dry Hop : Citra
Golden colour with some cask bubbles. Average mouthfeel. Good drinkability. One of the better ones done up by Ralph himself.
