A great cask, and an American bitter, with Simcoe,Cascade and Amarillo hops. Lacey on a light brown body. Mild hop aromas. Served at near room temperature. Great bitter flavour,particularly for a low abv sessionable. very drinkable. Nice mouthfeel for a cask. Well crafted, Ralph!
