Enjoyed at pre-cask days at bar Volo. Very Centennial hopped, not an English cask as promoted. A decent bitterness, its as if you started with an English bitter but substitute West Coast hops. A tad above average mouthfeel and some hop aromas from the C hop.Fresh lacing.

On cask at Bellwoods during its pre-Cask Days event.
Beer is a cloudy golden. No head, just a touch of white film.
Smell is nice. Tropical fruits are very prominent. Juicy pineapple, mango and berry. Strong and nice scent.
Tropical fruit is in the taste as well. but more restrained. Moderately bitter, with a bit of a soapy flavour.
Light to medium bodied, with nice low natural carbonation.
Overall, quite enjoyable and a nice cask beer.

On cask at the House Ales launch party.
Pours a pale golden yellow, nice bright sticky and soapy white head. Nose is bready, some honey-ish and sweeter notes. Faint citrus also. Quite standard and moderate for the style. Taste is sweet malt, grainy and bready, some English hopping and very faint hints of corn and butter; not unwelcome however. Mouthfeel is smooth with a great cask feel, coating with a light yet sturdy body. Very drinkable, and although not spectacular in any department (in addition to being a style that I don't normally pursue), serves as a great beer for a warmer day. Well suited to the cask, and enjoyable all around.
