On tap for Volo's Night of the Funk. Into a tulip.
Poured a pale straw yellow, a creamy two-finger head was prodced, leaving some thick lace and mild retention behind. Nose of lemon, some light floral notes, hints of citrus and wheat. A gentle sourness. Taste has some light lemon, milk and creamy notes. Some wheat thrown in there as well. Light tartness in the finish, lighter-medium body that I felt was almost a bit thin. Some chewiness however. Good mouthfeel, easily drinkable although lacking in flavour somewhat.
