On tap at Volo.
Beer is a light, hazy gold, straw yellow colour.
Smells is tart, with green grape, lemon and wheat all present.
Very tart lemon flavour, wheat, green grape. Very sour for a berliner weiss. Not particularly complex.
Light bodied, moderate carbonation. Tart.
Overall, pretty good, not great. A little one dimensional.

On tap at Volo for the Night of the Funk. Into a wine glass.
Poured a hazy rose red, light head with a dense collar retains. Nose holds some light raspberry, floral with hints of hibiscus (although I don't think there was any in this beer oddly...). Mild funk. Taste is more forward in terms of raspberry tartness, light lactic notes. A touch of chemical cleaner, and some wheat again. Mildly tart mouthfeel, light-moderate body with raspberries hanging on long into the finish. Nicer than the straight up berliner (Alexanderplatz) from earlier in the night, but not anything that blew me away.
