Cask Days 2011. I like the IP style and received a good effort, despite the mixed reception. Dark coloured. Roast and licorice in aroma. Coffee in the finish, a long roasty finish to me with a whiff of smoke. The brewer Russ says no smoke, but I got that and some spice and complexity, and citrus from the hops. Some mystery agreement in some of their beers that they will not reveal.
