A story in yeast. A bright yellow body with a bit of off-white bubbles, enjoyed on tap at Bar Volo. Mildly funky aroma. A tad above medium mouthfeel. Fruity yeasty concoction, tasty, held back only by its significant carbonation. Good drinkability. On a decent warm day in the sun, the carbonation is not a problem at all.Warming alcohol through the finish, this is up there with other Belgian beers.
