It's time to put on your big kid pants and enjoy one of life's rich treats: our big and luscious Belgian-style ale. As you sip you'll note wonderful hints of plum and other dark fruit; perhaps a touch of dark rum and molasses. Despite its malty complexity, this deep amber beauty is medium-bodied, mellow, and smooth, which tends to distract a person from its profound ABV of 9.3%. So do imbibe responsibly. This version of our quad was aged in rum barrels, which ups the complexity factor with even more character and nuance. A one-off beer that, once gone, will never exist in the exact same way again. So get it while you can. Gezondheid!

Tawny amber body; thin, wispy head circling the edge of the glass. Deep and complex nose of sweet malts and luscious rum barrel notes. Exquisite flavors of dark fruits and boozy wood; more tequila than rum, yet it works. Heavy body; syrupy yet coarse; sweet with some alcohol heat and edge.
A very fine barrel aged quad, rich and inviting with plenty of dark esters and firey spirits.
