Cloudy amber appearance with a thin yest lasting head, creamy; decent rings of foam inside the glass. Big toasted grain aroma interwoven with fruity esters. The taste delivers wheat cracker and toasted malts; mildly bitter; slight honey-like undertone. Medium rich body; smooth; light stickiness.
The beer looks kind of ugly but delivers fantastic sensations of smell and flavor. As far as I can tell, this is brewed specifically for Jack Quinn's Irish Pub in Colorado Springs.
