The latest in our Galaxy series, Cosmic Circus, combines the clean passion fruit aroma of Galaxy with the deep grapefruit flavor of Citra to create this 6% NEIPA. This brew opens with a subtle burst of pineapple before finishing with a hint of melon. Step right up and taste the show!

A: beyond cloudy - murky; pale gold in color; 1+ finger ivory head that receded quickly to a thin collar; no lacing;
S: pineapple with grapefruit rind;
T: a mishmash of citrus up front; from the middle through the finish, it's grapefruit and orange; very mild bitterness at the end;
M: medium bodied; moderate carbonation; moderately dry finish;
O: not an attractive beer, but the flavor was nice;

A - Pours a cloudy golden orange with a one finger creamy white head. Good amount of soapy lacing.
S - Aroma is orange, pineapple and
T - The taste is orange, pineapple, peach, grapefruit pith and light piney hops.
M - Medium body with medium carbonation. Creamy mouthfeel with a nice soft finish.
O - Very nice NEPA. Easily drinking with a good amount of flavor for being 6%.

Cloudy pineapple color, with some chunks, 4F head.
Very floral aroma, pineapple, citrus .
The MF is quite smooth coupled with a subtle bitterness. One of the better MF’s in an IPA I’ve tasted.
Robust citrus ,pineapple, grape, taste.
Excellent beer, looking forward to drinking more of their beers.

Smell is fruity with notes of melon, apple sauce and mango.
Taste is muddled and fruity. Notes of apple sauce, citrus and grapes and way, way, way too much hop burn.
Mouthfeel is medium, well carbonated.
Overall, unclean and muddled. I don't think this is the beer intended, it feels like it's been oxidised.

Poured a cloudy yellow body with minimal head and no lace. The smell is sharp and acidic like pineapple juice. Crisp, light, pineapple and almost tropical fruit sweetness with a touch of sharp acidity. Beer finishes clean but it's not hoppy and basically just sweet and sour fruitiness.
