Got this growler in a trade with ppoitras! Thanks, Pete!

Pours a very hazy golden/yellowy color, decent sized foamy white head fades into a thin ring around the beer, a few patches of lacing clinging to the inside of the glass. Some citrusy aromas, and a grainy/beery smell. Taste is not what I'd expect out of an APA...very grainy/wheaty taste, some lemon notes, slight bitterness, all pretty nicely balanced out with the sweet malt. On the lighter side of medium-bodied, refreshing, and drinkability is extremely high. To me, the color and taste seem a little strange for a pale ale, but it's actually pretty tasty, and you could pair this with all kinds of food, and definitely have a few in a row.

Enjoyed as the last cask offering at the Pioneer @ Hyland location, in good old #42.

Arrived with a 1/2" off-white head over the slightly cloudy orangey brown brew. Head fades gradually down to layer of small bubbles, with tons of lacing. Aroma is pungeant Cascade. Flavor starts with a peek of sweetness, quickly giving way to the hops, which carry through the close. Hop burps are quick and frequent. Mouthfeelis WAY smooth, and drinkability is superb. Great brew, and I'm a sucker for cask.

Got this as a surprise from ppoitras for the Growlin' At The Moon BIF.

A - Pours a light golden yellow with a big white whispy foam with plenty of lacing throughout the whole glass

S - aroma i got was a mild citrus

T - starts with a citrus taste and finishes with a piney flavor with a bitter end

M/D - This one is highly drinkable though not exactly what I was expecting, thought not a bad thing. It was a nice addition to my evening of brewing an apple caramel wheat. :)
