Hazy carrot orange color, touch of bubbles for a typical cask head.
Nose fresh floral hops, hint grassy and earthy, light juicy citrus like fruity touch. Very little malt.
Taste little flat, then juicy hops, quite fruity and little grassy and floral. Lots of tangerine juice and light juicy citrus, with a touch of mustiness. Some grapefruit juice as well surprisingly like fresh squeezed grapefruit with a light tartness and decent bitterness. Just a light fluffy malt base. Finish is fairly dry with a nice long bitter finish and lingering citrus juice and hint grassy floral hops. The more I drink the more it becomes like grapefruit juice.
Mouth is med to lighter bodied but almost no carb in the firkin they tapped last night.
Overall nice, very juicy, fruity, citrusy with a very light malt base and a decent bitterness. Fairly tasty and quite drinkable, just lacking carbonation due to being a cask.
