Had Rosemary Swamp Fox in the Beer Garden, Moon River, Savannah, on draft into 18-oz. nonic pint.
This is a beautiful beer, deep gold with 1-finger of near-white head that lasts and leaves lace etched down the glass. Aroma is of course huge rosemary, but fruit and mild malt are there too. Flavors are presented almost in reverse, with fruit over a nice malt base, and a slick, drying farmhouse ale-like finish.
