Served from the Cask into a Nonic Pint on 9/10/11

Poured a hazy, glowing gold with a thin, creamy white head. Definitely smells like cardamom, with a touch of lemongrass and Belgian yeast. The cardamom kinda muscles out any other aromas, and it does the same thing to that taste. Lots of floral flavors, almost reminds me of a Saison with all the cardamom, coriander, and lemongrass. Bit of bubblegum sweetness from the yeast as well. Mouthfeel is slightly cream, very smooth, with lowish carbonation (as expected from the cask serving). Overall a very unique beer, probably a bit too cardamom-heavy but I liked it nonetheless, and found myself craving some the next day!
