Surprise cask on 8/24/11. Poured into a Nonic Pint Glass.

Poured a dark black with a creamy ivory head that settled like a Guiness, with great retention and lacing. Lovely. Big aromas and flavors of chocolate malt, vanilla, oatmeal, and chocolate syrup. Mouthfeel is amazing, the hand pump imparts such a silky-smooth milkshake feel with a medium-full body and lowish carbonation. Overall an outstanding beer, one of the best I've had from Moon River! Cheers!
