A: Pours an exceptionally clear pumpkin colour with minimal head and lacing.
S: Scent is mild with Belgian yeast, orange peel and a medicinal/herbal profile.
T: Traditional saison yeast profile followed by orange zest and medicinal notes. Rounded finish from the barrel aging.
O: A nicely rounded saison with the orange notes and French barrels coming through. I did not pick up the gooseberries but did note herbal/medicinal notes.
