Purchased at the LCBO for a pretty steep nearly $10.00 bill. Served at 4deg C in a draught glass.
A- Opens well and pours a small head that is gone quick. Unfiltered
S- Pretty good hops. Not a tone but it's there. Good malt backbone.
T- Pretty good a bit bitter. Take her easy on the bittering hops and look to the dry hopping now.
M- Dry and bitter.
O- Pretty good. Not so good considering the price point as there are many other good pale ales out there at a much better price.
Food Pairing
This pretty good pale ale went well with...... BBQ beef ribs
