A new Etna beer! Right on!
Pours a clear and bright gold color, with a fairly weak head.
Aromas are mild, a bit of spice, and a bright fruit like character.
Taste is full bodied. This beer has an excellent mouthfeel. It has a very thick feel to it. Taste is crisp, with dry fruit, and a subtle dry hop bitterness on the finish. Would like a bit more hops on this one.
Drinkability is very good. This is a nice session beer, would be especially good in the summertime.
