Named after the beautiful Marble Mountains that are in the brewery's backyard.
Pours a nice dark amber color with a thin white head.
Aromas are of toasted breads, dough, and a little yeast.
Taste is crisp, clean, slightly dry and very full bodied. Lots of roasted malt flavors, some toast, bread, lightly sweet cereal grains and spices. Finish is crisp with a light mineral hop bite.
Mouthfeel is nice and full, but not heavy.
Drinkability is good. This is a very solid marzen, I'd happily drink this one again if I get a chance.
