Yields a pale golden color with a huge, spongy and fluffy head atop.
Smells of dried herbs, moldy wood bark and rustic toffee with a note of fresh cut hay to it.
Has a light and well balanced body with a well developed effervescence to it, resulting into a great refreshment.
Tastes of spicy and dry noble hops, entangled into sweeter, rustic appearing malts, leading with doughy toffee and a lighter note of honey. Has an effervescent, sweeter turning mid palate with some dried grass cutting through, which makes this ever so refreshing without loosing its pleasant depth of flavors. Finishes mellow with a sudden softness on the tongue, hay and sweeter straw and maintaining, supportive and dry hops.
Fantastic Helles with a playfully integrated, stunning and well working complexity while it keeps utmost refreshing and easy enjoyable.
