(from notes at brewery) A rather uninteresting porter, but totally drinkable and enjoyable and did help fight the spices in the BBQ I had for dinner. The smell was quite hoppy with a slight malted character. Mouthfeel was pretty good but a watery enough to be slightly below what I would call par for the style. Flavor was almost all roasted coffee with only a hint of caramel.
