Had at the Swan Bar & Restaurant, Shakespeare's Globe, London, on draft into 1/2-pint pilstulpe, and then into Imperial pint tumbler.
Not impressively black, but a beautiful head, which delivers the aroma and flavor of a mild sweet stout.

Poured from a 500ml bottle into an English Pint Pot
Pours very dark brown to black in colour with a good fingers worth of head (which dissipated to a small thin head by the end of drinking)
Smells of malt, toffee and a slight coffee nose
Tastes of sweet malts, caramel, slightly burnt taste on the finish, perhaps toffee-ish burnt but no hint of the coffee that exists in the smell
Mouthfeel was smooth, slightly watery for my liking, certainly not a chewy beer as you would expect at 4.5%
