Very thick, uneven, off-white head. Bright, translucent, medium orange color. Very enticing aroma of sweet spiced mandarin orange peel and caramelized malt. Flavor begins with a citrus peel hop bite which lingers for awhile and has characteristics of the aroma as well. Some fullness to the body.

12oz can poured into 14oz teku. Poured a lightly cloudy orange-yellow color with 2/3 inch of white head that had moderate retention and light lacing.
There were lots of bright, citrusy hops in the front of the nose, with some pine and must behind, and a just enough malt to be noticeable.
Same on the tongue, with a nice bit of grapefruity bitterness added, especially at the finish.
The body was smooth and crisp, and had a dry finish.
Drinkability was good, I could see knocking back a couple more.
Overall, a pretty nice brew, worth a shot if you see it.

Supposed to be tropical hops but I get gentle soap smells and wildflowers. Smooth but not refreshing. Most of the bitterness lingers in a bad way forever on the back of my tongue. If you wanna try one of the brewery’s new standbys it would be better to drink the Resolution IPA.
