Very dark cola. Persistent, creamy, tan head. Excellent lacing. Aroma is somewhat sharp, alcohol very prominent. Taste is sweet, then astringent. Alcohol is pronounced. Medium body. Mildly bitter roast aftertaste.

On tap at Elk Public House. Served in a pint glass.

Appearance is walnut brown and translucent, with red hues.

Smell is sharp and acerbic, a blend of pine and vinegar

Taste is a mix of roasted grain and pine or juniper flavors.

Mouthfeel is medium bodied and mildly carbonated.

Drinkable but the taste is a bit off. The acerbic quality might taste like stomach acid after a while.
