On nitro tap at serious pie in Seattle. Pretty bomb. So smooth almost tastes like a cream ale. Can’t taste the intricacies with how smooth the mouthfeel is :)

Crisp and dry like a white wine with floral hop meditations and creamy tastes of butterscotch and caramel to balance the bite. Glorious. I have bought this for myself three times and for friends a few times also.
