Another beer in Snoqualmie's "Brewer's Choice" series of once-brewed ales, the Dubbel Belgian is dark brown with a rimmed head and no lace. It's built on cola nut taste with Belgian spice and an undercurrent of sweetness. At mid-palate it's spicy, by the finish it's downright exotic.
Well represented though the body is undercut by a lack of carbonation.
