This beer was a deep gold in color that bordered close to a light amber, the thin white head lasted well, lacing was scattered but intricate. Biscuity malt aroma was at the fore with a smattering of hop. Smooth yet long hoppy finish had a touch of fruit as well. A medium bodied beer that is very drinkable. Phoenix Brewery is growing and supplies many outlets now.
