Pours a clear, golden yellow with a creamy and frothy white head. Lacing all over the glass.
The aroma was quite hoppy, citrusy and floral. Lemons, lime rinds, and grapefruit dominate the nose.
The taste begins and finishes bitter and dry. Lemony and grapefruit sourness. The malt is bready and slightly piney. This is a softer, toned down West Coast-inspired IPA brewed with what I believe are probably cascade or centenniel hops, not English varieties. Nothing too complex, and very sessionable
Medium bodied, with a soft carbonation
