Hand-pulled half-pint in The Crown Inn, Oakengtaes on 29 Jun 2013.
Light golden brew with and full white head.
Floral hop nose with a dry and refreshing feel to the taste. There is a mild citrus undertone throughout the brew but it doesn't take over completely, it just lurks in the background allowing the malts and other fruit esters from the hops combine to give a fairly well balanced brew.
Bordering on those 'golden citrusy beers the UK in full of currently' that I am not a big fan of: this gets the benefit of the doubt!
