In the hall dedicated to German beer at the 2014 Berlin Green Week I found the Klosterbrauerei Neuzelle bar and had a couple of their brews, one being this Pilsner.

Draught 0.4 litres of bright clear golden beer, on top a white head that tried to stay the distance.

Nothing sets this apart from the dozen or so Pilsners I drank during the day: almost odourless and crisp in nature, just like the rest. Dry and leaning towards the hop side of things it was refreshing and thirst quenching, but without any strong flavours, good or bad.

So in a nutshell: pleasant, well made German Pilsner that isn't going to challenge any of your senses.
