On tap at E.J. Phair in Concord, California.
A very approachable and drinkable APA.
Pours a medium orange with a nice white head. The nose is all hops and assertive, fresh and most inviting.
The mouth feel is nice with good bold body and nice balance.
Flavors are all great bitter, crisp and dry pale ale. For me, the Citra hops were noticeable and really added to that fruity bitter hop character I very much like and turn to. This one works and tastes and feels beyond the 5.6% abv. Very nice beer and great with different food profiles.
