Yellow appearance, 3/4" head, looked nice, if a little light for an English type of brewery. Real mild dry hopping presence, but it is there.
Taste was more of a mix of English/American ipa/. This one was real malty, hid the bitterness a lot. Had a lot of stuff from a brown ale like toffee and nuttiness roasted into it. Again the hops went for the balance route instead of the flavor popping route.

Darker yellow appearance, average head for it, inviting. Mellow aroma, just the slightest bit of columbus noticeable, probably not a ton used for dry hopping.
Standard stuff, possible English yeast used in this, ej phair tends to lean british in their beers I've noticed, but is usually better than average for that hommage to the crown. 60 ibus seems relatively tame here. Malty. Smooth though, not a letdown, but not blowing my doors off. Toffee + caramel on this one, even a little nutty or maybe its just the toffee.
EJ phair is good, a little off kilter melting pot for ipa's. An appreciable contribution.
