Originally reviewed on May 7, 2006. On tap at the brewpub. Dark brown, with a sienna glint and finge. Rim of silky ivory. Too clear. Light aroma of nondescript sweetness. Flavor is a horrible watereddown trash porter. Artificial sweetness, overly bitter roasted notes, and peculiar biting character. Bad penny hops back end. Some light sea salt. Overall, pretty bad.
