Poured from a growler
A: Cola brown with a tan one-finger head that dissipates fast. Spotty lacing.
S: Belgian yeast, funk, coriander, clove.
T: Follows nose. Dark fruits (dates, raisins). Sweet, robust. A bit harsh on the finish.
M: Medium with medium carbonation.
O: A pretty decent Belgian dark. Smooth and sensual.

Pours a warm sable with a rather thick tan head, looking like a very good stout. Strong aroma has caramel and fruity notes. Bold flavor comes forth with slightly smoky caramel, apple, horehound and roast malt notes. Firm, sharp mouthfeel has about average fizz, but you feel it going all the way downstairs. Holy Brother, holy cow, holy mackerel, another great Red Brick brew.
