On tap at the brewery taproom. This is Vanilla Gorilla brewed with cinnamon and chilies.
Mild chilies bring subtle flavors and light heat (just warmth for me). The cinnamon is also restrained with an presence that just reaches the level of obvious. Great balance and harmony here.
Medium body and medium-light carbonation.
Overall: insofar as my memory can be trusted, this is the best version of Vanilla Gorilla yet.
