The brewing process sounds kind of interesting (supposedly the actually use super-heated stones in the brewing process), but quite frankly the beer just tasted like wood. Take one of those unpainted pencils and chew on it for a while and you'll get the flavor. I'm not sure why it tastes like wood, but the beer doesn't seem bad since I had it on tap at the brewery. Overall the beer wasn't bad, just had an unusual flavor. The beer's a little darker than a typical light beer.
