One-off from Red Brick. Pours a slightly hazy dark golden with a pancake head. Lots of dill in the aroma, indicating a heavy presence of Summit hops, there is also a sharper, herbal and spicy smell and a note of fresh hops. Tastes slightly hot and piney up front, but follows up with softer herbal and dill notes on an underlying structure of firm malt. A little hot on the mouth, but finishes with a decent creaminess. A decent offering.
